Once you’ve successfully booked an activity on Invibz, here’s what you can expect regarding confirmations, updates, and communication:

    • You will immediately receive a booking confirmation via email and/or SMS.
    • The confirmation includes details such as:
      • Booking reference number

  • Request Booking Activities:
    • Your booking request will be sent to the provider for approval.
    • You will receive:
      • A “Request Received” email confirming your request submission.

  • Once confirmed, you can view all booking details in the My Bookings section of your Invibz account.
  • These details include:
    • Instructions on where to meet the provider or start the activity
    • Items to bring (e.g., tickets, ID, specific gear)

3. Updates and Notifications #

    • You’ll receive a reminder email or SMS 24–48 hours before the scheduled activity.
