  • Navigate to the My Bookings section to view your reservation status:
    • Pending: The provider hasn’t reviewed your request yet.
    • Declined: The provider was unable to approve your booking.

2. Review Your Email or Notifications #

  • Ensure you’ve received all relevant updates about your booking via email or SMS.
  • Check your spam/junk folder for missed notifications.

3. Contact the Provider #

  • Use the contact information provided in the activity details to directly reach out to the provider.
  • Politely ask for an update on your booking request.

4. Modify Your Request #

If the booking hasn’t been confirmed:

  • Adjust the date or time of your request if alternative options are available.
  • Submit a new reservation request through the Invibz platform.

5. Choose a Different Activity #

  • If the provider is unresponsive or unable to accommodate your request, consider exploring similar activities or services.
  • Use the search function on Invibz to find alternative options with Instant Booking for guaranteed reservations.

6. Contact Invibz Support #

  • If you’re unable to resolve the issue, our customer support team is here to help:

7. Request a Refund (if applicable) #
