Troubleshooting Listings Not Appearing on the Invibz Platform
If your listing isn’t appearing on the Invibz platform, don’t worry! This can usually be resolved with a few simple checks. Here’s a guide to help you troubleshoot the issue.
Step 1: Verify Listing Status #
Listings on Invibz must be approved by an admin before they become visible to customers. If your listing hasn’t been approved yet, it will remain in a pending status.
- Check the status of your listing in your dashboard. If it’s marked as “Pending Approval,” it will not appear publicly until an admin approves it.
What to do:
- If your listing is still pending, it’s likely being reviewed by an admin. This usually takes a short time, but if it’s taking longer than expected, reach out to Invibz Support at [email protected] to inquire about the status.
Step 2: Ensure Your Listing is Complete #
Incomplete listings may be delayed or rejected. Ensure that all required information has been filled out accurately:
- Title, description, pricing, availability, and media (images/videos).
- Cancellation policy and booking confirmation message are also required.
What to do:
- Go to your listing and ensure all necessary fields are filled. If any information is missing or incorrect, update it and resubmit the listing for approval.
Step 3: Check for Approval Email #
Once your listing has been approved, you should receive a confirmation email. If you haven’t received it, the listing may still be pending.

- Check your email inbox (and spam folder) for the approval confirmation. If you didn’t receive it, contact Invibz support for clarification.
Step 4: Refresh Your Page #
If your listing has been approved but still doesn’t show up, it could be due to a browser caching issue. Try refreshing the page or clearing your browser cache to ensure you’re viewing the latest updates.

- Clear your browser’s cache or try accessing your account from a different browser or device to check if the listing appears.
Step 5: Ensure Visibility Settings are Correct #
Sometimes visibility settings for listings may cause them not to appear as intended. Check if you’ve accidentally set your listing to private or restricted visibility.
