When you book an activity with the “Request Booking” option, the payment process may differ slightly as it involves provider approval. Here’s a step-by-step guide:
1. Submit Your Booking Request #
- Select the activity you want to book.
- Fill in the required details (date, time, number of participants, etc.).
- Click Request Booking to submit your request to the provider.
2. Wait for Provider Approval #
- The provider will review your request to confirm availability.
- You’ll receive an email or notification once the booking is approved or declined.
3. Make the Payment #
Once your request is approved, follow these steps to complete the payment:
Option 1: Pay Directly on Invibz #
- Go to the My Bookings section of your account.
- Select the approved booking.
- Click Pay Now and choose your preferred payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
- Mobile Wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay)
Option 2: Pay via Provider’s Payment Link #
- Some providers may send a secure payment link via email, SMS, or WhatsApp for:
- CashApp
- PayPal
- Bank transfer (if applicable)
- Follow the link to complete the payment securely.
4. Confirm Your Payment #
- After payment, you’ll receive a confirmation email or SMS with your booking details.
- If you do not receive confirmation, check the My Bookings section or contact Invibz support.
Important Notes #
- Payment must be completed within the timeframe specified by the provider to secure your spot.
- Some providers may require a deposit, with the remaining balance paid later.
