Editing or Updating Your Listing on Invibz

It’s easy to keep your listings up to date on Invibz. Whether you need to adjust pricing, add new details, or change availability, follow this guide to make the necessary changes.

Step 1: Log Into Your Invibz Account #

1. Go to Invibz.com and sign in to your account.
2. If you’re not already on your dashboard, click on “Dashboard” in the top menu to access your listings.

Step 2: Navigate to Your Listings #

1. From the dashboard, click on “My Listings” to view all your active listings.
2. Locate the listing you want to update and click on “Edit” next to it.

Step 3: Update Your Listing Details #

Once you’ve entered the editing mode, you can update various sections of your listing:

1. Title:
   • Edit the title of your listing to make it more attractive or to reflect any changes in the activity.
2. Category:
   • Change the category of your listing (e.g., from a Group Tour to a Private Experience) if needed.
3. Description:
   • Revise the activity description to include new details, features, or updates.
4. Highlights:
   • Add or update bullet points that highlight key aspects of the activity, like special features or experiences.
5. Images/Videos:
   • Update or remove images and videos to better showcase your activity.
6. Availability and Pricing:
   • Modify the availability schedule and pricing if there have been changes to your activity’s timing or rates.
7. What’s Included/What to Bring:
   • Adjust the items or packing list for adventurers based on new inclusions or recommendations.
8. Cancellation Policy:
   • Update your cancellation policy if necessary to reflect new terms.
9. Booking Confirmation Message:
   • Edit your confirmation message to include any updated information or contact details.

Step 4: Save Changes #

After making all the necessary updates, click “Save” or “Update Listing” to apply the changes.

Step 5: Review Your Updated Listing #

• After saving, go to your listing page to confirm that all changes are correctly applied and look appealing.
• If needed, make any additional adjustments.

Step 6: Promote Your Updated Listing #

• Share your updated listing on social media, blogs, or with local networks to boost visibility.
• Let adventurers know about new features, discounts, or schedule updates!
