  • Look for Updates:
    • Check your email, SMS, or the Invibz app for any last-minute updates from the provider.

2. Contact the Provider Directly #

  • Use the Contact Provider option in the My Bookings section of your Invibz account.
  • Try calling, messaging, or emailing the provider using the contact information listed.
  • Clearly explain your situation, including your location and booking reference.

3. Allow a Reasonable Wait Time #

  • Providers may occasionally run late due to traffic, weather, or unexpected delays.
  • Wait at least 15–30 minutes past the scheduled time unless you’ve received a cancellation notification.

4. Contact Invibz Support for Assistance #

If the provider is still unresponsive or significantly delayed:

  • Live Chat: Available on the Invibz website or app for real-time support.
  • WhatsApp: Message us for a quick response.
  • Email: Send your details to [email protected] with your booking reference.

5. Document the Issue #
